James' Top 10 Jan 2014

Yooo, what’s gucci?

I’m doing a new type of my top 10, where I just say what my top 10 songs of the month are. No iTunes list, or anything like that. Easier this way. Also they aren’t songs that necessarily came out in this month. So let’s go. I’ll try to keep it to only one song from a certain artist, otherwise Gambino would be on here like 5 times.

Eternal Sunshine - Left Boy Review

Look at me being all productive tonight.

Culdesac - Childish Gambino Review

Yooo, what is good everyone? Hope everyone is keeping it 3 hunna.

Tanja chose this mixtape to be reviewed so I guess it’s dedicated to her.

Stay Trippy - Juicy J Album Review

Ayy, what’s gucci? I know it’s been awhile and I’m sorry about that. But I think that everyone should enjoy this review of “Stay Trippy” by Juicy J.

Must Be Nice - G-Eazy Review

Yoo, what’s gucci? I’m hitting all of you with a quick review to hold you over for bigger stuff that I will be working on the plane tomorrow. If you don’t know, I’m heading home to Germany tomorrow so I’ll have time on the flight and what not. I’ll try to keep up with the reviews while I’m in Germany, but things tend to get redic when I’m there so we will see.

In other news people actually started voted in that poll thing after I said that no one was voting and “Stay Trippy” won. I’m stoked to review that, because I am a big Juicy J fan.

Anyway, here’s the review of G-Eazy’s “Must Be Nice”

Aim And Ignite - Fun. Review

Yo, whats good? I decided to write a review of an album that for once isn’t a rap album. I’m gonna review “Aim and Ignite” by Fun. This is back when they were a dope band. I decided to write this review so my Mom can finally read something from my blog, since I told her not to read anything else on it and because I enjoyed this album a lot when it came out.

I know this review is gonna make me sound like an angsty teenager or something, but I’m not. My last review was of Danny Brown’s “Old”, which is belligerent and ignorant (although it does have some deep songs on it). I guess I’m just gonna review “Traplord” or some Gucci next to even out the scales.

Trap Lord - A$AP Ferg Review

Yooo, whats good? I decided to review “Trap Lord” even though the poll isn’t over, because frankly no one voted. I’ll remove that, but that’s no prob.

You might have noticed that there are now ads on the blog. Thats because I decided I wanted to make a bit of money with my blog.

Anyways, here’s the review.

Run The Jewels - Run The Jewels Review

Ayyy, what’s gucci? On thursday I had a meeting with my German professor and somehow we came to the topic of music and he recommended me “Run The Jewels”. I met up with Mike afterwards and Mike said that he listens to them, so I decided to check them out. I’m glad I did, they go hella hard.

Also, if you are visiting the blog, could you please take a moment to do the poll to the right of the page? It would help me decide what to review next.

Stuttreach Playlist

James' Fav Songs Of November

Yoo, I was gonna do a iTunes most played of november, but that got tainted because Gambino’s album leaked 2-3 days ago and it’s taken over my iTunes. So here are my favorite songs of november. I’m only gonna put one song from each artist. So it’ll be short.

Because The Internet by Childish Gambino Review/Opinions

Ayyy, I just woke up from a nap and guess what I saw? Gambino’s album just leaked like 10 min ago! I’ve been waiting for this album since forever.  This is prob the first review of this album that is out. I mean no disrespect to Gambino with the fact that I got the leak, I have the album preordered. It’s not so much a review as it is my opinions of the songs and all that jazz.

James’ Favorite Hoodie Allen Songs

Yooo, whats up? Sorry I haven’t posted in ages, I’ve been busy. By busy I mean I’ve been hanging with my cousins while playing BF4 and making numerous trips to Walmart out of boredom. Fun right?

Aight, anywaysI was gonna write review for Hoodie Allens first studio album: “ All American” but I decided to just review my favorite Hoodie Allen songs. This list isn’t in order or anything like that.

EP - Childish Gambino Review

Yoo, I was gonna review Fun’s first album, but for some reason I just couldn't write anything for it right now. I’ll try to get back to reviewing that sometime soon or whatever. So i decided to review one of my favorite projects from my favorite artist ever.

Bob Dylan just made the most amazing music video ever

Check it out here

Old - Danny Brown Album Review

Hey, it's James. I really, really wanted to review this album and I finally am now. I don’t know why it took me this long to do it. But here it is.

Rapper to Watch - Oxygen Pernell

Yoo, whats good? Sorry, I haven’t posted in awhile, I was busy this weekend. I got another “Rapper to watch” today.

New OCD feat Hoodie Allen

yooo, whats good? I was gonna do a review today, but I had two exams today so yea. Might do a review later, I don't know yet. New OCD is out though and it's kinda sorta trill.

Beautiful Loser - Kyle Review

Yoo, what is up? I have some free time so I decided to do a review of Kyle’s “ Beautiful Loser”. He used to be known as “K.I.D.” so you guys might know him from that, but prob not. I posted a song by him before, which is probably his best song. Also I couldn't find any good gifs of him or anything so I just kinda gave up.

Rapper To Watch - DoughNuts

Yooo, what's gucci? It's James here. Usually I don't do this type of thing, but I find myself listening to this song a lot lately.

Three Loco - Three Loco Review

Yoooooo, what is good? It's James. Hope everything is straight gucci with everyone. Today I’m gonna be reviewing Three Loco’s self-titled debut album. This is a short album to hold you guys over till we finish our review of Action Bronson’s new mixtape.
